2007 TOYOTA Great Ethiopian Run 10km, 9 September 2007
The 2007 TOYOTA Great Ethiopian Run is the 7th edition of Ethiopia's annual international 10km road race and will this year be staged at the time of the Millennium celebrations as Ethiopia, which follows the Julian Calendar (7 years behind the Western Gregorian clendar), prpeares to enter her third millennium.
30,000 places for the run are now being made available this year, both through sale at registration centres in Addis Ababa and through the group registration system used in previous editions of the race.
An additional 3,000 places are available for children participating in the AIMS Children Series for children aged under 8 and under 11. These races will take place on the Saturday morning before the main 10km race on the Sunday.

Registration for residents of Ethiopia for the 2007 TOYOTA Great Ethiopian Run 10km opens on Thursday 24th May 2007.

Saturday 8th September (Meskel Square, 9am start): AIMS Children Series, races for girls and boys aged under 8 & 11
Sunday 9th September (Meskel Square): 8.15am Tricycle race
